TEATINI CINEMA/ Titane

Vincent, a firefighter who has been living the nightmare of his son Adrien's disappearance for ten years, one day learns that a boy claiming to be his son has been found at an airport. This is the end of his despair and, without asking for any verification or DNA testing, he takes the boy home with him. Titled "Titane" is the film in the "Award-winning Cinema" strand that lights up the screen of Teatini Cinema, a festival curated by Lecce's DB d'Essai. The film, directed by Julia Ducournau, winner of the Palme d'Or at Cannes, is intertwined with the story of Alexia, a decidedly borderline motor-show dancer, and the mysterious murders that rage in the country.

Beginning at 9 p.m., with box office opening and entrance to the cloister from 8 p.m.
