Teatini Cinema/ The Return of Casanova

The screen is lit up on Gabriele Salvatores' latest work, 'Il ritorno di Casanova', for the DB d'Essai's appointment with cinema under the stars in the Teatini cloister. The film tells of a well-known and successful Italian director, Toni Servillo, who has to come to terms with the passage of time and the society around him that has changed and become incomprehensible. He thus ends up making a film about the decline of Casanova into which he inevitably pours his own existential crisis. The "Teatini Cinema" festival is organised in collaboration with the City Council, Culture Department and Entertainment Department.
