TEATINI CINEMA/ C’mon C’mon

The film on screen at Teatini Cinema, curated by Lecce's DB Dessai, is one of the "Audience's Choice" films. "C'mon Cmon," directed by Mike Mills, tells the story of Johnny, a journalist and documentary filmmaker, who is about to embark on a new project: traveling across America to interview children about how they see the future of our planet. Suddenly, however, his sister Viv asks him to take care of little Jesse, her son, while she takes care of his mentally challenged father. Thus begins a journey from Los Angeles to New York and then on to New Orleans along which uncle and nephew, the former not at all willing to talk about himself and the latter with a not-so-easy disposition, will learn to know each other and stabilize a very special bond.

Beginning at 9 pm, with box office opening and entrance to the cloister from 8 pm.
