Teatini Cinema/ Amore's last night

Franco Amore is a policeman on his last day of service. His colleagues have prepared a farewell party for him and he proudly remembers in his farewell speech that in many years he has never shot or killed anyone. But "L'ultima notte di Amore", a film directed by Andrea Di Stefano, will be for the protagonist (played by Pierfrancesco Favino) an inexorable descent into hell because his colleague and partner at work is killed that very night. The story insinuates itself into a nocturnal, unfamiliar and borderline Milan that undermines the efficient and frenetic daytime one, following a pressing rhythm from scene to scene. The screening is part of the "Teatini Cinema" programme organised by the DB d'Essai in collaboration with the City Council.
