Lù Mière Calicidicinema Awards/ Donaggio for us

Now in its eighth edition, Lù Mière Calicidicinema Premia, a tribute to the protagonists of great cinema. The gala is part of Lù Mière Calicidicinema, a travelling film festival in which art-house cinema is combined with the unique taste of local wine. This edition of the award is dedicated to Pino Donaggio, one of the most famous musicians and composers, who signed unforgettable soundtracks of Italian cinema. The artist is present with an exclusive video interview, during which he is presented with the award. On this occasion, journalist Giovanna Ciracì and artistic director Antonio Manzo present the varied programme of the 2022-23 Lù Mière Calicidicinema festival, which winds its way between Lecce and some of the most evocative places in Salento, mixing together wine, cinema and the promotion of the territory. The evening ends with a screening of the film 'Blow Out', directed in 1982 by Brian De Palma, with music composed by Pino Donaggio.
