20 years without Bene/A less Hamlet - TV Hamlet

There are those who say that "One less Hamlet" was Carmelo Bene's abandonment of cinema, his departure from an expressive medium that he was aware he could not adapt to his own ambitions. For his latest cinematic work he conceived a "non-actor" for a "non-story", completely mixing up the cards of the original plot and pouring out his metateatral register. The film is screened at the Castromediano Museum for “Contro il cinema. Review on Carmelo Bene's cinema ", by Professor Emiliano Morreale, professor at the La Sapienza University of Rome.
The appointment is part of the cycle of events organized by the Carmelo Bene Archive and the Biblio-museum complex in Lecce.
Free admission with reservation and green pass, via App Io Prenoto or on 0832/373572.
