The exhibitions tells about one of Lisetta Carmi's "many" lives, the period in which she focused on photography. "Gli altri" is held in the rooms of the Carlo V Castle in Lecce, divided into five thematic sections: "Travels. The South", "Apulia and Sicily", "Genoa-Port", "Italsider", "Ezra Pound", "Transvestites", tracing a time span from the early Sixties to the late Seventies and literally embracing all that silent humanity. Lisetta Carmi always moved to the margins in an era in which the marginalised could not and should not have a voice.
