Athos Faccincani

Evocative glimpses in which brushstrokes of colour and light explode, in which one can recognise places dear to the people of Salento, such as the Faraglioni of Sant'Andrea, Gallipoli, Portoselvaggio, Santa Maria al Bagno, the city of Lecce itself: 35 works, oil on canvas, by Athos Faccincani, an artist and painter whose expressive code is the representation of Mediterranean landscapes, are on display at the MUST Off Gallery. Skies, land, sea and a nature that pays tribute to Salento alternate in an emotional journey, a dreamlike journey of chromatic vivacity, which draws on the childlike wonder rediscovered by the artist in this very land.

The exhibition is open Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., Friday to Sunday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday closed.
