Treasures Unveiled

The Biscozzi Rimbaud Foundation exhibits for the first time 23 works from the permanent collection that were in private storage. "Treasures Unveiled from the Biscozzi Rimbaud Collection", curated by Roberto Lacarbonara, covers the pictorial art of the 20th century, from figurative landscape painting to the human subject, in three sections, one for each exhibition room: the first, dedicated to the Figure, shows Ugo Attardi's lithograph, the first one purchased from a door-to-door book seller in 1969, rare drawings by Carlo Barbieri, a talented artist from San Cesario di Lecce with his existentialist poetics, works by Bepi Romagnoni, Tino Vaglieri, Sebastian Matta; in the second room there are works conceived from the observation of the landscape, with lectures by Renzo Vespignani, Mauro Chessa, Enrico Della Torre, Mario Nigro, Salvatore Esposito, Ettore Sordini, Giulio Turcato, Armanda Verdirame; in the third room there is the spatialist research of Enrico Castellani, François Morellet, Rob Sherwood, Dadamaino, Arturo Vermi and Piero Dorazio.

Admission: 8 euros.
