Vedi Napoli e poi canta/ Vincenzo Sparviero

Pugliese, journalist for La Gazzetta del Mezzogiorno and 'lover' of Naples and Neapolitan culture. Vincenzo Sparviero presents his novel 'Vedi Napoli e poi canta' ('See Naples and then sing'), a book that embraces the peculiarities of the city, from its beauty to its world-famous music, revealing unknown aspects, curiosities and unpublished episodes. Such as the fact that Nero was one of the first Neapolitan singers or that Frederick II was even forced to promulgate an edict to put an end to nocturnal serenades. The presentation, by Annarita Miglietta, is accompanied by the notes and voice of Franco Tommasi.
