"La Betissa. Storia composita dell'uomo dei curli e di una grassa signora' is Antonio Verri's most mature and accomplished poetic work. It is a desperate fable with dark colours, a hallucinated journey into the unconscious and language. It is the decisive turning point in Antonio Verri's expressive research, all focused on obsessively investigating the relationships between words and things, between the world and the book that attempts to recreate it. The third volume of Kurumuny's 'Declaro' series, dedicated to the republication of Antonio Verri's work, the book is presented at the Astràgali Teatro venue in via Candido. Participants include the publisher Giovanni Chiriatti and the series editor Simone Giorgino, with images by Lucio Conversano and readings of the text by Fabio Tolledi, Roberta Quarta and Simonetta Rotundo.
